Branch Office Opened at Watson Center
Bradford County Courthouse Officials have opened a branch office at the Santa Fe Community College Watson Center for the convenience of residents living on the South end of Bradford County. You will be able to take care of most items of business that you would at our main offices.
The Watson Center is located on State Road 21 between Keystone and Melrose. The office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. If you have questions about the availability of a particular service, call the branch office at 352-473-4229.
We very much appreciate Santa Fe Community College for their assistance in helping to make this joint venture possible.

Enhancements to Our Web Site
We have made some recent changes to our site. Some changes improved existing functions and speed of retrieving information. Others actually added new capabilities that may be useful to you. A couple of these new features are noted below.

Tax Calculator - Helps you estimate the amount of taxes for properties in different taxing districts. You select the tax district you are interested in and then estimate the sale price of the property. The tax calculator then produces an estimated tax amount, plus a second estimated amount based on the property being eligible for homestead exemption.

Sales Report Generator - Creates a list of real estate sales that have occurred based on criteria you determine. You can also choose the order and format in which the report will be generated, then download or print the report.

New Aerial Photography
Quite often we learn that users of our site have not found our aerial photographs. We have recently added new images and the quality is very good.

To access the images, you will need to have the GIS map window open. On the right side of the window are two tabs. Click the Legend tab and look for the Aerial Photography heading. There are two selections; 1999 and 2003 images are available. The 2003 images are not only newer, they are clearer. Click on either and then click Redraw. The image will appear in the map window.
